World Cup 2026 Insights

After a withdrawal request, the support team will request a government‑issued ID, a proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill), and possibly a copy of the payment method used for the deposit. The verification process typically completes within 24‑48 hours, after which you can withdraw via your original deposit method or an approved e‑wallet. Incomplete or inconsistent documents may delay the process.

The minimum deposit is €10 (or equivalent in your currency). Withdrawals to e‑wallets such as Skrill or Neteller are processed within 24 hours, while credit/debit card and bank transfer payouts take 3‑5 business days. Withdrawals are free of charge unless you request more than one per month, in which case a €5 fee applies.

If a match is postponed before kick‑off, the bet remains valid until the official rescheduled date, provided the match is played within 48 hours of the original start time; otherwise the market is void and stakes are returned. In the case of a match being abandoned after the game has started, bets on the final result are settled based on the official competition rules (e.g., if the match is completed within the same day). You will be notified of any settlement changes via email or the site’s announcements section.

New customers receive a 100% matched deposit bonus up to €100. The bonus must be wagered 35 times (the combined amount of deposit + bonus) within 30 days before any winnings can be withdrawn. Only bets with odds of 1.50 or higher count toward the wagering requirement. The bonus cannot be used on certain markets such as cash‑out or virtual sports.
